During the months of October – May, we are open Monday – Friday, 7 am to 4 pm. From June through September, we are open Monday – Thursday (closed Fridays) from 7 am to 4 pm. Sometimes, our shop is closed for special events. We will announce any store hour updates on our homepage or Facebook page.

Walk-ins are welcome! You can place a “local pickup” order on the website. We will gather it and email you when it is ready for pickup. As always, if you aren’t sure what you need, you can also swing into our “metal candy shop” to browse and shop.
We promptly process orders on a daily basis. All orders submitted by noon ET, on a business day, will be shipped the same day unless otherwise advised. Any order placed after 1pm ET on a Friday will be shipped out on the following Monday. Customers have the option to ship via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. UPS offers ground shipping (see map), 3-day select, 2-day air and next day air. Priority Mail through USPS is a service that should deliver within 2-3 business days to anywhere in the US.
USPS (US Postal Service) is experiencing delivery delays in some areas due to manpower issues. Please contact us if you do not receive your package within five days of shipping notice email. The US Postal Service is no longer guaranteeing Priority Mail delivery times. If your items are needed in a specific timeframe, please choose the UPS Ground option! Please see the UPS map on our customer service page for Ground timeframes.
Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase for credit or exchange. Parts must be in acceptable condition and not altered.
